Purina leaders held a grand opening of the company’s new factory in Eden on Tuesday.The factory, located on Meadow Road, cost Nestlé Purina PetCare Company $450 million. The company says it’s one of its largest investments into manufacturing operations.Purina leaders and state officials appeared at the grand opening ceremony, which featured a “ribbon tugging” by a local dog named Mia.
