A raccoon caused a power outage for around 16,000 people in Oak Creek and South Milwaukee around 9 p.m. on April 20, according to We Energies.We Energies says they were able to respond quickly and restore power to around 8,000 customers after 10 p.m. They expect to restore more power to customers within the hour.
