Rain moves out, dry for the rest of the weekend NBC Connecticut [Video]

Happy Saturday! We had a rainy start to the weekend, but there’s drier weather (and some sun) on tap for the rest of the weekend.

There were periods of rain, drizzle and fog in the morning Saturday.

During the midday and afternoon, we dried out and some sunshine broke through. Highs were mild in the middle 60s.

A cold front moved through Satuday evening, bringing a few sprinkles or showers. Any rain that moved through was light.

Tonight, there will be clearing with a chilly wind. While lows will be in the middle 30s, the feels-like temperatures will be in the 20s.

More sun is on tap for Sunday with some afternoon cloudiness. Temperatures will be cooler on Sunday – maxing out in the 50s vs the 60s we had on Saturday.
