Rochester Boys and Girls Club win Champion of Youth Award | News [Video]

ROCHESTER, Minn. – The top 10% of the Boys and Girls Club in America won the Champion of Youth Award from The National Boys and Girls Club. Through programs such as homework help, art and dance lessons they want to create a friendly environment. 

“Kids need to have social interactions with each other,” said Site Director Keturah Quinn. “The kids that do come here they do create everlasting bonds with the staff and other members that come here.” 

But it isn’t just the kids who benefit, the mentors also find it satisfying to help the kids.
