ROCHESTER, Minn. – From March of 2022 to now there has been 3.3% hike in jobs created and 3,984 jobs created. Express Employment Professional Services Recruiter Brad Trahan says some of the industries looking to hire are: Manufacturing, Hospitality, Accounting and Finance. 

With Mayo Clinic investing $5 billion into Rochester to expand to five new locations Trahan says he expects the job market to rise. 

“With everything going on in our community based on what Mayo’s doing, there’s going to be coffee shops, there’s going to be hotels, there’s going to be apartments,” said Trahan. “All that takes construction, all of it takes the trades. So there’s going to be great opportunity, it’s a very good healthy position to be in.”
