Sex offender wanted by Virginia State Police turns himself in [Video]

A sex offender being sought by Virginia State Police has turned himself in.

Sheldon Locke Davis, 63, turned himself in to law enforcement April 4. He was wanted on four counts of failing to re-register as a sex offender as required by state law.

Davis was previously registered as living in the Rhoadesville area of Orange County, but according to police, he has since moved and failed to update his address. 

The state police thanked the public for providing what it said was valuable information that assisted with the search for Davis.
