The shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. along Galiean Road near South Congress Street.

More charges could be pending.

“Based upon what we know from the investigation up to this point, the shooting was justified,” the sheriff said.

Deputy U.S. Marshal Thomas “Tommy” Weeks Jr. was one of four law-enforcement officers killed on April 29.

In order to take home the winnings, the prize must be claimed by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 10.
