Touchstone Energy Scholar of the Week: Waubay senior has roots in the community [Video]

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Our Touchstone Energy Scholar of the Week is a senior at Waubay High School who has plans for the future — Caleb Weyh.

Caleb Weyh is a 4.0 student at Waubay High School who has a lot of roots in this community.

“I always knew I’d get the best education I could here at Waubay. I’m a fourth generation coming here. So it’s one of those deals where hearing from my dad, and his dad, and his dad, I knew I was going to get the best of the best here at Waubay. And nothing less than that,” said Caleb.

“Caleb is an excellent student. He works hard, he gets all of his work done. He’s on dual credit programs, really working hard to enhance his education,” said Principal Nancy Purdy.
