It’s the last weekend of April and with it comes a forecast for mainly fair weather. Since it is the month of showers, we must expect a ground dampening at some point, but the overall flavor of the forecast is for fine weather for most outdoor activities. Still, the mention of a Saturday afternoon-evening thundershower must be respected for Saturday evening prom marches, especially in mountainous West Virginia.
