ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Animal shelters across southwest and central Virginia are full of adoptable pets. WFXR News is highlighting these adorable adoptables in our weekly “Furry Friends” segment.
On Tuesday, April 2, Regional Center for Animal Care and Protection (RCACP) volunteers Anita Finkle and Kathy Bauman brought Bane to the WFXR News Studio.
Bane is a one-year-old Saint Bernard Mix who weighs about 101 pounds. Not only does he have big paws, but he also has the biggest heart! He likes to give kisses and receive belly rubs. Anita Finkle says he is well-behaved and loves being around other dogs.
Bane has some puppy energy; he would do well with an active family with a good-sized backyard. He probably wants a big bed, too!
If you are interested in adopting Bane or any of the other adoptable animals at the RCACP, you can fill out an application.
