SHASTA COUNTY, Calif. – A new member for the Shasta County Elections Commission has been selected.
Monday was Bev Gray’s last day on the Shasta County Elections Commission, and Supervisor Patrick Jones has named Patty Plumb as his new appointee to replace Gray.
“Well, I had been talking both with Bev Gray and she her, and she likes the commission, really respects the work that’s being done,” District 4 Supervisor Patrick Jones said. “But she wanted to free herself up to really work on voter rolls and some other specific issues, and Patty Plumb had mentioned that she had an interest and that she had been doing a lot of work behind the scenes with election integrity, so that would make a good fit.”
