Casa du Currivu, also known as the “House of Grudge”, is a very quaint house located in the Sicilian village of Petralia Sottana, Italy. It is located in the heart of the Madone Mountains in the province of Palermo. It holds the unofficial title of “the narrowest house in the world.” It was built for the sole purpose of blocking the neighbors’ view.
From the front, it may look like a typical house, with red brick walls, windows, and a front door. There is even a balcony and a street number on the side. Everything looks quite normal until you look at it from the side and notice that the walls are only one meter thick: not enough space for anyone to live in. Not that the owner cares. It was built to serve a different purpose: revenge.
